The Primewire streaming site has had a number of links for Georges Melies' productions uploaded. Some might remember Msr Melies as one of if not the premiere French cinematographers of the early silent era. His use of light and shadow, mobile backdrops and props to help his actors tell the story was groundbreaking. Look it up and enjoy the magic that was Georges Melies art.

Found this little gem, on relatively new streaming site. The story of Shisha no Teikoku takes place in 19th century Europe, and revolves around John Watson. He is scouted by the government to become a secret agent. However, Watson lives in a world where "Frankensteins", human corpses that are re-purposed with a false soul in order to use them as laborers, are used to improve industrial development.

New movie with steampunk  and dark magic elements coming out this year called Centipede 3D or Viy 3D. Many supporting actors we know, most that we don't. Only version I've found is Russian.
