Missouri Meerschaum?

Has anyone smoked a Missouri Meerschaum cob pipe. They're quite nice-looking for a cob pipe and are very inexpensive - $7.00 at my local tobacco store. I've heard they smoke quite nicely and am thinking of picking up one or two this week to give…Continue

Preferred Pipe Styles?

Ok. I'll jump on this. What are people's preferred pipe styles to smoke? I love my churchwardens for events where I'm outdoors the whole time but I find that my daily smoker tends to be a brandy style pipe. There are so many styles of pipe and I…Continue

There's something wrong with this picture...just not sure what.

I have just noticed a serious lack on this site. I'll have to see about rectifying it toot sweet. Until then or perhaps until someone else steps in to fix the problem, I'll park this lovely discovery right here.  See if I don't.  http://vk.com/album-11406067_161393931

Anyone else get a 500 error when clicking on the Discussion 'continue' links?

Anyhow, it has recently come to my attention that a lot of corn is grown up here in Montana, which I was previously unaware of (have been here for a bit less than a year). So, I plan to look into contacting some of the growers to see if their corn might be good for cob pipe making. If so, I plan to start setting about planning to make some pipes over the summer.

This should be an interesting venture!
