We showed up in SP and the SS KLONDIKE loaned us a ranger to open up the closed off sections of this beautiful boat and even take pictures for us.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gOa48aosadM

    The large poles off the bow are for "grasshoppering" or walking over sand bars.  This is where SS KLONDIKE sunk about one deck deep.  Many parts were salvaged to build the SS KLONDIKE II.
