    The hay days of folks searching for a forum like this on any subject seems to have passed.  First they migrated to FaceBook but complained that you had trouble holding a conversation then on to new "kiddie" apps.

    Our nearby SP event attendance seems to be generally growing.  More folks have SP clothes in their closets.   Our last SP murder mystery had almost as many SteamPunks dressed out as VandaliaCon.  Sadly, due to too many real life issues, this year's SP Cruise sounds like it will be the smallest even though folks were excited about Cuba.  The SP Cruise requires both a bit of money and time.

    I am currently in Kentucky, saving to move to Colorado with my husband, after having lived in Arizona and New Mexico for nearly 10 years.      
    I also have a small Christian Steampunk themed outreach I run.

    I love that we have this group here. Even though I would never force my faith on anyone i do wish having faith was more widely embraced and held in high regard like in the Victorian era. Some foundations and "old ways" i think are well worth keeping with us through generations. :)

    Lady Jennifer, I apologize for taking so long to reply. New computers that do not view WTS correctly or something.
    While SP covers a wide spectrum of individuals, I have been pleasantly surprised by how many Christian SPs I have met compared to previous Sci-Fi fans and gamers. There is even a FB group for Christian SP artist.
