Indeed it is! I have spent the last 15 years on and off as a Civil War reenactor, and the culture, interests and uniform just dovetails so nicely with Steampunk. Outside of this eyepiece, some bling, and the future weaponry I have in the works, I had the entire outfit just hanging in the closet.

Hahaha, I feel you there. My best work with anything is done alone for the most part(exception being Alex. We see each other so much that we can get to work in comfy silence if need be). Otherwise, if I'm in the mood to see people I'm a chatterbox...

Thats because I am a recluse when it comes to most anything I do. It could be tinkering, cooking, drawing.....I like being secluded. Otherwise I wind up shooting the shit more than anything, lol.

He's doing this to most of his gear. You'd think we could at least work together on this stuff since I live 5 DAMN MILES AWAY and see him at LEAST once a week....

Decided my eyepiece needed an update. Wound up tearing is completely down and rebuilding. Very happy with the results.
