Wonder Woman steampunk?

Does anyone think the upcoming Wonder Woman film that has scenes of W.W.I. trench warfare could be considered a steampunk film?

The previews have that smokey grey "DieselPunk" look to me.  I sort of call WW I to WW II DieselPunk for what it is worth.  SteamPunk tends to be earlier, brighter (except for coal dust), upbeat, etc.... at least to me. 

I person with a reasonable life span would have potentially experienced many of these era/cultural "punks."
