The award winning Louisiana Steampunk Festival wants you! The Louisiana Steampunk Festival is an annual, two day, Steampunk-themed event held at Along Vine Street and in Cite' des Arts in Downtown Lafayette, LA.  A critical and growing part of the festival is merchants like YOU!  We would like to take this opportunity to invite you join us as a merchant for this unique two-day event.  In order to reserve your space, a merchant application is attached for your convenience and is due by October 1, 2017. The Louisiana Steampunk Festival will be held on Saturday and Sunday, November 4 & 5, 2017 along Vine Street and at Cite des Arts at 100 Vine St. Lafayette, LA 70501. 

 

Just a reminder, You are responsible for bringing your own tents. tables, extension cords, water hoses, Tarps, ropes, cords, staple guns, tie wraps etc.. Vendors and their employees should wear costumes appropriate to the Steampunk theme of the event at all times. Vendors are strongly encouraged to decorate their booths in keeping with the Steampunk/Wild West theme of the event. Please bring garbage bags for cleaning up your area. Limited Electricity will be available and vendors encouraged to string battery-powered LED Edison Bulbs and LED lights in their tents for operations after Dark.

As the 2016 Steampunk and Makers’ Fair. the Louisiana Steampunk Festival was selected as a top 20 event for the Southeastern United States by the Southeastern Tourism Society.
