                         ********IMPORTANT********

There is an underlying story and/or parts there of, that is followed from the Airship Alicia Grey and The Airship Battle Royale. It is not the main focus of the Gear, but It does happen from time to time. The events are scripted at first, but remember your input changes the script.

This role-play bar, is a light hearted dose of fun. It has its serious moments but the Spirit of the Gear is about comradery, having some drinks, and experiencing everything and anything. The more veteran gear posters will help out the newer Gear Goers with any questions, or ideas.

The gear is designed to help develop your characters if you would like. Feel free to message T.R. Harrison, Arabella Porter, or myself, if you have any questions.

WARNING: HAS BEEN KNOWN TO CAUSE: LAUGHING, GOOD COMPANY, AND ALL AROUND FUN!!!

Imposing stranger? You mean that strange fellow that was fighting with Felix the last time I was here?" Wil watches the young girl and smiles with a near nostalgic look before his face takes the normal calm, genial appearance he always seems to have.

"That would be the one!" She takes note of the facial expressions that shift across his face.

"I want some of my own one day. Babies and children, I mean. Did you ever have any children, Wil?"

Wil smiles, a hint of the nostalgia again before he speaks. "I had two daughters. It's been a long time since I've seen them though. They had issues with my profession though and refused to speak to me again."

He puffs at his pipe for a few moments before smiling at her again. "You would make an excellent mother Brielle."

A hint of pink rises in her cheeks.

"I sure hope so...my parents were not the warmest or most loving and I am still learning how to survive in this society myself.....I seem to do doing ok by this little one though, even if I can't get her to tell me her name or anything. I figure she will speak when she is ready..." She watches the quiet little girl with some concern.

"She has probably seen more than I have in my life already. I hope this teddy bear will be enough to keep her company at night....I can't sleep in the same room with her always..."

You can never be sure what a child has seen. Hopefully she learns some of your grace and kindness while she is in your care." Wil smiles at her happily and packs a bit more tobacco into the still burning bowl.

Brielle smiles uncertainly and blushes. "I certainly hope so. For now, I'll settle for keeping her in her bedroom at night and a name."

She takes the little girl's hand. "It is time to go to bed. Why don't you help me take Mr. Bear upstairs?" They each take one of the bear's paws and drag him up the stairs. About half an hour later Brielle reappears downstairs.

"I think she's asleep...we will see if she makes the night or not." She shakes her head. "I think this is the first time I've been with only other adults in days..."

Wil laughs and nods. "I can remember those days. Weeks where I never got to spend any time with an adult without a child around. Some days it feels like they never end. Then one day you look around and realize you haven't really seen your child in days because they are to busy with their own lives."

He laughs a bit before puffing heavily, getting a thick cloud of smoke to billow around him quickly.

She smiles "Thankfully I believe that the stranger plans on taking her at least some of the time. She sure is sweet but sometimes this place is not the place for a child to be."

She pours herself a large glass of wine and then collapses into a chair besides Wil with a heavy sigh of relief.

Wil laughs and nods as he smokes his pipe quietly. "I'm sure this place isn't the best place. But better here then some place like a ship or the lab of a mad man."

She smiles and nods in agreement. "I do hope Felix gets home safe soon though....he seemed pretty sure that this would be the last battle between them, and I can only pray that it is Felix who will make it through alive..." Her face turns somber.

He laughs and nods with an easy smile. "My dear of everyone to fear getting through a battle he's the last one to fear for."

Wil smiles and pulls out a leather cigar case and opens it showing several cigars. "Would you like a smoke this evening? I have no idea if you'd like a cigar but these are some fairly mild ones that I have lying in one of the humidors."

She shakes her head. "You know what? Why not." She plucks the most delicate looking of the bunch and holds it out for Wil to light.
