********IMPORTANT********
There is an underlying story and/or parts there of, that is followed from the Airship Alicia Grey and The Airship Battle Royale. It is not the main focus of the Gear, but It does happen from time to time. The events are scripted at first, but remember your input changes the script.
This role-play bar, is a light hearted dose of fun. It has its serious moments but the Spirit of the Gear is about comradery, having some drinks, and experiencing everything and anything. The more veteran gear posters will help out the newer Gear Goers with any questions, or ideas.
The gear is designed to help develop your characters if you would like. Feel free to message T.R. Harrison, Arabella Porter, or myself, if you have any questions.
WARNING: HAS BEEN KNOWN TO CAUSE: LAUGHING, GOOD COMPANY, AND ALL AROUND FUN!!!

"Thats when they make you a child bearer. Someone to pass on the blood and keep you hidden from society a secret mistress." pours another glass. "I've seen it all the time. Its why I'm so adamant against the aristocracy. You are safe here though."
Kepi nodded gratefully toward Felix.
"A man of few words, and many good senses. My price is very ,very simple, sir."
He walked right up to Felix, straight and seemingly demanding, before bowing deeply, head nearly touching the floor. He rose again, face not grinning for the first time since he'd arrived at the Gear.
"I need you to keep me around. Discreetly. Very discreetly. For...awhile. Until I can solve my problem."
His voice was softer than his usual bravado. His hands clenched and unclenched randomly.
"In return, I swear I shall not turn Miss Brielle in to my former clients. That shall be deal, and therefore sacred. I will do my best to satisfy their inquires, indefinitely if need be. They aren't likely to hire another to take up the job, so as not to draw attention, you see. Brielle will be safe, as long as I am safe."
"Fine." Tossing him a key. "There is a flat down the road. You can hole up there for a while. Just rememebr I will have my eye on you, and if Brielle ends up in any nobles hands I will kill them and pin the murder on you." downing more whiskey.
"But fighting in platoons that never existed, or deep within enemy lines setting up assassinations. Some one has to keep the peace." Chuckling while drinking more whiskey.
Oh I agree, I'm just used to a "mercenary" being the guy who's fighting for the highest bidder.
"We may be mercs but we are peacekeepers before we just blindly kill for cash."
Fair enough *smiles* I've just run into far too many "mercs" who are closer to "cutthroats". Good to see someone still has some honor *smiles and tips his hat to Felix*
Wilhelm walks into the bar, looking quite haggard. His coat dirty and his hat looking as if it had been crushed recently. The most obvious sign of recent trouble being that his right eye was swollen shut behind his glasses. He limps over slowly, his cane no where to be seen. With a grin and a voice that sounds a tad hoarse, he looks to Felix. "Good to see you Felix. Hope all is well. Brielle, always a pleasure. And to you as well Valarian."
Reaching over the bar as he speaks he pours himself a full glass of scotch which he sips gingerly.
Brielle rushes over to Wil. "Dear God man, what HAPPENED to you?" She pulls out her medic kit and starts applying various salves to ease the swelling on his eye.
"What kind of trouble are you in now Wil?" Felix said before lighting a cigar.
Wil chuckles lightly as he smiles to Brielle. "It's quite ok dear. I'll heal."
He smiles again though with a slight wince as he looks to Felix. "Apparently the authorities in America is quite interested in my immediate. I happened to disagree and the agent they sent this time seems much less inclined to being as easily distracted."
Ouy...America...Home of the Breauacrats *chuckles*
