Not really sure where to post this...not food nor drink, yet something to be ingested. The ad art is delicious at least.

Okay, so we all know Soylent green is people, but turning them into cake is so much more yummy, though perhaps not as nutritious.

Tea and cake, yesssss!!!!

This, too, from Retronaut-

"The first artificial human machine with its inventor, the English Captain WH Richards, in the conservatory in Berlin. The "robot" can speak, turn its head, hold objects and bow. It is made of steel."- German Federal Archive, March 1930

And apparently it can have tea, too (or coffee, I suppose.)

Guess we disassociate ourselves so we don't feel guilty about eating/feeding off another actual living thing.  Plants are living too. Until we create food replicators to form food from energy/molecules/atoms/whatever, or can eat completely synthetic food, we'll have to do what we've been doing for the last couple thousand years.

‘Disembodied Cuisine’

Sounds rather ghostly!  But it's science!

During long and extended expeditions, providing plenty of food for the hungry crew is vital to provide a high level of operational readiness. Thus this arrangement of articles should be attended more frequently, as it deserves attention.
