I’ve also played some GURPS with time travel mechanics, and I’ve looked into using the GURPS steampunk ruleset but I didn’t have the resources. I’m actually in search of groups running Steampunk or games with ebberon style Magitek elements in my local state of Texas. Also one module that seems interesting is Ravenloft, does anybody have any experience with it?

As I'm new to gaming, I"m not sure how to describe the game, but its a lot of fun. I play with local steampunks, every two weeks, & we are our character, on a mission...we just dont know how we all fit into the scheme of things...but our game master does. He has developed our characters somewhat, now I have a multi faceted persona...quite exciting really
