There has been a fairly long running discussion in SASS of just what would constitute a SteamPunk shooting category. There are already categories requiring specific clothing & guns for "classic cowboy" and "B-western." These may serve as guidelines to try to create a SteamPunk category or as existing categories for SteamPunks to fit into. Any good thoughts?

Funny thing about the "Mare's leg", I've just learned that one could actually get a Winchester rifle with a barrel as short as 12 inches from the company. And all this time I thought it was just a gimmick for Steve McQueen. Heh.
