My cover in the 21st century is I captain Sailing Ships (I can't even have a job for the proper era in the proper era!), lead adventure trips and work as a remote area medic. In short I am still a professional adventurer, a gentleman of fortune...
Though it is always changing most summers will find me in New England (Boston, Maine, Nova Scotia...). Winters in Florida, Southern California or the Caribbean. Spring/ Fall recently in Pittsburgh, before that Philadelphia/ Baltimore and before that Hong Kong and other parts of East Asia. I keep my "residence" in Washington State North of Seattle and my origins are from the Central New York area.
And yes, I am really a captain 200 Ton Near coastal master. And yes I was involved with three of the ships used in the Pirates of the Caribbean movies and you can pick me out of the background in Dead Man's Chest.
