About you:: Hi. Much about me can be gained from the two 'Author' pages in this Web Site: www.wallaceboys.com.

As can be seen from the Web Site, I am the writer of a number of 'Informational-Adventure' books for young teenagers - The Wallace Boys, two brothers, Bruce and Nigel Wallace.

My books are usually set in real places around the world, hence the 'Informational' aspect of my stories. Unfortunately, when I came to write three European books there was no suitable little Kingdom in Europe for my purposes. So, I have purloined Anthony Hope's wonderful Kingdom and I moved it from near Dresden, I'm afraid, to where Liechtenstein is. And I have purloined the Royal Family of Monaco and given them suitable Ruritanian names, descendants of the personages in 'The Prisoner of Zenda': King Rudolf VII, assisted by Colonel Sapt and Fritz von Tarlenheim, of course. The villain of the piece is Duke Michael, naturally, assisted by Bersonin and Krafstein! Princess Flavia makes an appearance, too. And Rupert of Hentzau features in these three books and in a fourth book set in the South Indian Ocean.
