The constant flow of time. 

A steady ticking in the back of my mind.

Ever since childhood its been quite clear something wasn't right about me. A slight obsession with time, a distinct ticking, a compulsion to do certain things, or maybe the fact that certain parts of my body were made of brass.

It's probably the brass.

The gears don't cover my entirety, just certain areas. They're well below the skin. Maybe I was in an accident? Maybe not. All I know is I'm stuck here. 

Yet some part of me is not.
I see it sometimes.

It's me, yet its not me, in a sense.

It's just there.

     The man in question appears to be between 20-30 years of age. He is circa 1.8 meters tall and is of generally average build and appearance, with a slight amount of grey in his hair. His major internal organs are comprised of clockwork of an unknown metal which resembles brass. This clockwork appears to be constantly in motion and manages to somehow keep his body running. He does not exude any kind of body heat and much of his blood has been replace with a slightly more viscous substitute. The Subject appears to have suffered some kind of trauma at some point, yet does not match anyone in the Royal Missing Persons record. 

     Despite being captured numerous time for investigation (for the betterment of the Empire, God save the Queen) the Subject has managed to escape custody through numerous manners. These are preceded by an apparent shut down of higher mental faculty. The Subject then proceeds to break through any restraints and survives gunfire of any caliber or energy weapons of any amperage. The subject must be kept under surveillance. That is an order.
