The trouble makers of Victania

Okay I have created two new characters for my story and so far have come up with the following for them....I'm not sure if I want to make them supernatural or advanced humans or what but I do know that the term "beast" works well for them.

****Twin Beasts*****

Sitting in the shop I watch my two new "friends" work quietly on cleaning up the mess they had just made. It seems that Jester is the calmer of the two but Joker is more of the two volatile. A factor that I contribute to their "beast" side but at least if they are here making the mess then they are not returning in blood from the deliveries I ask them to make.

"I am really bloody sorry I lost control." Joker squeezes out of tight lips.

"It is okay but I will have to put a leash on you next time it happens." I say without looking up from the spell sitting in front of me as he bows and skitters off into the back.

"Leashing him is a good idea mi Lady." Jester says as he puts his hand on top of the spell in an effort to grab my attention.

"I am not going to leash him until he proves he is uncontrollable. Do we understand each other Joker?" I ask before saying, "And I'm tired of calling you two by those names."

"Those are the names we were giving at the orphanage and those are the names we will live by until the day we die." Jester seethes before stomping off after his brother.

"Then I must ask the head mistress of the orphanage why she called you two that." I mutter to myself as I close the my spell book and sigh heavily.

In the back I can hear Joker's voice raise above the noise of the shop as he shouts: "I'm telling you! We're cursed and she can't do a bloody thing to help us!"
