                         ********IMPORTANT********

There is an underlying story and/or parts there of, that is followed from the Airship Alicia Grey and The Airship Battle Royale. It is not the main focus of the Gear, but It does happen from time to time. The events are scripted at first, but remember your input changes the script.

This role-play bar, is a light hearted dose of fun. It has its serious moments but the Spirit of the Gear is about comradery, having some drinks, and experiencing everything and anything. The more veteran gear posters will help out the newer Gear Goers with any questions, or ideas.

The gear is designed to help develop your characters if you would like. Feel free to message T.R. Harrison, Arabella Porter, or myself, if you have any questions.

WARNING: HAS BEEN KNOWN TO CAUSE: LAUGHING, GOOD COMPANY, AND ALL AROUND FUN!!!

"I've trained flying monkeys as my personal messenger service. Wings Over Scotland . . ." He replies then gazes out over imaginary lochs and fiords with his monkeys flitting to and fro on their delivery runs. "Gosh it's fantastic!"

Brielle quickly steps into the rejected gear, slightly out of breath. Her normally perfect coiffure is uncharacteristically askew, and her face is flushed. She stops by the bar, momentarily, where Simon already has her favorite wine waiting for her. She picks it up, waves to the other patrons of the bar, and then slightly slumps against the back of a column where she can have a moment of solitude, thankfully sipping her drink.

*Val smiles* I got presents for everyone.  I wasn't entirely sure what to get, so I just made it up.  Be right back...*he dashes out the door*

The sgt. shakes himself out of his reverie and notes the arrival of Lady Brie and an empty space where he could swear Val had been occupying. [to all concerned] "If I'm needed, I'll be over at my chair near the chess set."

*A very clean looking child walks in and stares at Brielle from the doorway, adjusting his cravate*

Brielle is slightly relaxing against the column, when she suddenly senses an eerie feeling. Turning, she sees the child and mutters a curse under her breath. She takes a deep breath, fixes her hair with shaky hands and meets the child's gaze head on.

"I say, isn't this an adults only establishment?" Sgt Ian asks, wondering why his pint is empty and there's a child standing on the threshhold.

*Ara fills Ian's glass but looks questioningly at the kid, she stares, forgetting herself and overflows his glass a little by accident* Oh! hell, sorry Ian. *She says, wiping around the glass*

*The child walks in but Ara walks over to him* Beg your pardon young sir but I'm afraid I must ask you to leave. Your mum around? *The kid looks at her confused* Your mum? Your mother? *the kid nods without giving vocal reply and then points to Brielle. Arabella's mouth gapes open and turns to face Brielle with a shocked expression before looking back at the child.* No, your mama, mum, mother. *The kid keeps pointing at Brielle*

Brielle takes a deep drink from her cup before turning to Ara.

"I don't know where he came from....but he's from the good part of town. It always makes me so nervous when they track me....." She shrugs her shoulders and crouches down to the child's level.

"Sweetheart, I'm not your mum. I wasn't even old enough to have been married, when you must have been born..." she unconsciously slightly arches an eyebrow and smiles sweetly. "Where do you live? Do you know the street name? Or the name of your manor?"

As he looks from the child to Brie to Ara to Brie and back to the child, the Sgt. suffers a sense of disquiet akin to the silence just after a bombing attack on the front. "Well, well, well . . ." he mutters from his chair.

*Val hurries back in, nearly tripping over the child* What the...? *he says, not slowing his pace as he walks to the back*  Whatever.  We seem to have bigger issues at the moment...

*the wraps his arms around Brielle and Ara chuckles* So....you've never had a kid? *she turns to Valarian* oh good grief, what could possibly be going on?
