                         ********IMPORTANT********

There is an underlying story and/or parts there of, that is followed from the Airship Alicia Grey and The Airship Battle Royale. It is not the main focus of the Gear, but It does happen from time to time. The events are scripted at first, but remember your input changes the script.

This role-play bar, is a light hearted dose of fun. It has its serious moments but the Spirit of the Gear is about comradery, having some drinks, and experiencing everything and anything. The more veteran gear posters will help out the newer Gear Goers with any questions, or ideas.

The gear is designed to help develop your characters if you would like. Feel free to message T.R. Harrison, Arabella Porter, or myself, if you have any questions.

"Alright," Ara says picking up her bag, "I have to get some forensics to Scotland yard tomorrow with a nice glitter bomb that I have ready to build upstairs. I better go work on both of those things so," she kisses Oz, "Have fun on whatever adventure this is."  She looks to Wil. "Both of you."

She puts her hand on Valarian's shoulder, "night, sir." She says and then heads upstairs.

*Smiling* We always do. See ya later, trouble.

Steel walked into a bar, it looked like it had seen better days, but it would suit him fine to use it as a base of operations for the time being. He was close to finding someone that could reverse his condition, and bring his memories back. He sat down at a table, his giant clockwork sword being the only thing distinctly noticable about him. For any that came near him though, the faint ticking from the gears and cogs that made up his body and heart could be heard.

He had no idea how long it had been since he had woken up inside the lab of Kyle Walter, the man who created him, but he knew that a long time had passed. Under his clothing there was torn flesh that revealed the clockwork mechanisms of his clothing, most of it from natural wear, but some of it was done from the trouble he had to go through trying to find his memories.

*eyed the newcomer, his hand on his weapon* What brings you to a place like this, sir?  Not here to cause trouble with that sword I hope...

"If I wanted to cause trouble," Steel said turning to look at the man talking to him, "you wouldn't have time to ask." The 'goggles' that were his photoreceptors turned counter clockwise, and clockwise as he examined the man.

Seeing as though we both assume the other to be no real threat, but are not currently fighting, We must only assume that the other is not here to cause trouble *lowers his hand from his weapon* That's a mighty fine bit of clockwork you've got in there.  I've got a bit of my own *smiles evilly*

"Clockwork..." Steel examined the term in his mind, "it does seem fitting," his tone suggested that he questioned himself more than most would. "I'm sorry, I have to spend most of my life thinking or I don't feel like I'm doing as much as I can." Steel looked at his sleeved arm, and wondered why Kyle Walter made him, but, like every other time he thought about it, he couldn't think of an answer.

*smiles* either you're quite new to this world, which it doesn't appear, or you've got worse memory issues that our Abi. *looks the stranger up and down, then extends his hand* Valarian.  You would be?

"You can call me Steel," he told Valarian, shaking his hand. His grip was unnessesarily tight, as if he never limited his own strength, or if he did, it was rare. He didn't smile, due to the fact that he did not know how to smile. He had seen many do it before, but his clockwork failed to mimic the movements when he tried to do so before.

Wil chuckles and waves to Ara as he leans against the bar. "So what do you say Oswin? Want to see if your tech and my alchemy can fortify this building against even our experiments?"

He puffs at his pipe and lets a thick cloud form above him.

*squeezes back just a bit*. So, what brings you to our little corner of paradise?

"I'm looking for someone that can solve my problem," Steel replied as he let go, he didn't show any notice to Valarian's squeeze, and the way he moved was almost mechanical. "Not that I expect anyone to be able to."
