                         ********IMPORTANT********

There is an underlying story and/or parts there of, that is followed from the Airship Alicia Grey and The Airship Battle Royale. It is not the main focus of the Gear, but It does happen from time to time. The events are scripted at first, but remember your input changes the script.

This role-play bar, is a light hearted dose of fun. It has its serious moments but the Spirit of the Gear is about comradery, having some drinks, and experiencing everything and anything. The more veteran gear posters will help out the newer Gear Goers with any questions, or ideas.

The gear is designed to help develop your characters if you would like. Feel free to message T.R. Harrison, Arabella Porter, or myself, if you have any questions.

Thank ya Brie, it's much appreciated lol. It'll be my 1st drink since I've turned 22 haha.

She flashes a smile at Dusten. "Have to make sir my friends get their birthday drinks!" before turning back to the strange man. "Really. If you are so familiar with me I do wish you would tell me your name.."

"The night is lovely, just lovely my good man. Drink it down, I can tell you've earned. Very much so!"

Kepi twists his head at an odd angle toward Bri.

"Ah, normally I like to wait for a grander reveal, but my manners are lacking lately, it seems." He chuckled again, nearly a cackle. "It would seem a shame if you did not know you had the pleasure of knowing the one and only Kepi The Grin. I deal in the business of problem solving. And I make it a point to stay very...well educated on potential clientele."

Lady Brielle ... you are a very kind hearted woman.

"Isn't she, miss? She's very important to all of you, isn't that right?" Kepi asks.

"Kepi the grin..." She shakes her head, foggy memories struggling to appear. "I feel as though my father might know you..." She frowns and shakes her head. "Impossible.."

Kepi's grin twisted just a touch.

"Your father...yes," he mused. He leans in to whisper in her ear. "You remember now...little Brielle, all grown up. Still sneaking about and getting into business among grown ups she isn't ready for."

His voice flashed to a growl. "Someone misses you, Miss Brielle. Your time here is no longer your own." As soon as it came, it left, the edge replaced by his usual mewling sing-song. "But please do enjoy in the meantime!"

She winces at the harsh tone in his voice and even more so the words. "Perhaps if they had taken any consideration of my happiness, even one iota, they wouldn't be missing me now." She sounds very sad and bitter. "I am not going back. This time I have now? It is mine, for the first time in my life."

Kepi's grin continues its twist into a far more sinister scowl. "Oh yes, you hope so Miss Brielle." His voice remained too soft to be heard by anyone else. "You hope...and maybe even pray, I like it when they pray. It's inspiring." He hisses sharply. His voice is quiveringly excited, yet cruel. "But it's out of your hands now, my dear."

He picks up her hands and drops them right away, to emphasize the point.

"Out of your hands...out in the ether...like steam from an engine...and like steam, your time is ethereally short, oh it is..." He can't stifle the heady laughs rumbling in his chest. "That is, unless you do better than your Daddy did and make the proper deal..."

Her eyes spark with anger. "I do not make deals with the devil Kepi! The last time someone made a deal, I ended up engaged to a boy that was like my brother....and the idea of it and society's encouragement turned him into a possessive monster who viewed me as an item instead of a loved one!" She angrily swipes tears away.

*Anna and Val turn towards the commotion* If you are upsetting Bri, so help me...*Val says*

His grin, damn grin, never wavers. "Now now, my pet. Your words wound." His tone was chiding, almost playful. "It was not this devil that gave you a bad deal, your failure to leverage the situation is your own. I'm offering you a chance to be smart, this time. Keep what you want," he stretches out his arms, gesturing to the whole of the Gear, "so that I can get what I need. If you'll only listen through that ever so impressive temper of yours, very zesty I dare say."
